About W3 Lifestyle  

Who Gets Invited to Have Designation

In any given market W3 Lifestyle plans to designate roughly 20 to 30% of the communities as W3 Lifestyle designated communities.  This will allow renters with the opportunity to have a fair amount of selection when finding their new home.  An example of this would be the Atlanta, GA market.  With roughly 1,500 apartment homes in this market it is the plan of W3 Lifestyle to allow only 300 of the communities to hold the W3 Lifestyle designation.

The founder of W3 Lifestyle comes from the multifamily industry and has designed the W3 Lifestyle designation around proven criteria that goes towards providing Superior Resident Services and Superior Product Quality.  The primary goal is to designate communities that have transitioned from the mentality of being an apartment "complex" and rather are true apartment "communities."

One very important fact:  Receiving the W3 Lifestyle designation is a distinction that can and will be removed if it is found a community fails its promises as consistently being the Best of The Best.  We monitor our designated communities to ensure constant eligibility.  Apartment "Community" Versus an Apartment "Complex"

Not everyone wants to go to every community event...we get that.  However, it is about more than just having consistent and quality monthly events.  A true "community" provides a variety of resident services such as a Communication tool which typically is via a monthly newsletter.  NOW - this said, we do not mean those "throw away" cheesy things most apartment complexes use just so they can say they have a newsletter.  An effective communication tool allows residents the opportunity to read Community News not only within their individual apartment community, but also the area in general.  Therefore, we publish a monthly newsletter which we call a "Minizine" due its shear volume of information and quality.  Typically our Minizine is 32 pages in size and literally cram packed with useful information.  Every Minizine is customized to each of our designated communities with community articles specifically from that community team.

  1. FREE Monthly Event Marketing Dollars - Pool Parties, Dive In Movie Nights, Casino Parties, Holiday Parties, etc.
  2. FREE Monthly Newsletter (Minizine) - Fantastic community communication tool keeping residents informed
  3. FREE Resident Programs - Resident Appreciation Program, Community Social Networking Site, etc.

    - The first thing anyone sees is an excellent Curb Appeal and overall cleanliness of the community.  It doesn't just stop at the entrance, we inspect the entire community for excellent landscape and general cleanliness and appeal of the community.
  • Superior Resident Services - W3 Lifestyle communities have a history of superior resident services and satisfaction.  They treat residents like individuals and not like apartment numbers that pay rent.  Typically our W3 Lifestyle designated communities have processes in place to treat individual scenarios as just that rather than quoting a corporate policy in every instance.
  • A Team that Cares – All of our W3 Lifestyle communities have teams in the Leasing Office and on the Maintenance teams that truly care about their residents and it shows in their service level.  These teams do what it takes at all times to make your living experience the absolute best that it can be.
  • Most of All - Willing to Commit in Writing - Every W3 Lifestyle community has to commit in writing to the superior services we demand of our designated communities as well as they acknowledge that if at anytime we deem them as no longer being the Best of The Best they will be removed from our W3 Lifestyle designation program.
