About W3 Lifestyle  
W3 Lifestyle began with one goal in mind - give apartment renters a place to go to find the absolute best in the apartment industry. No more "hoping" you find the best or trying to "guess" who is the best based on those huge publications.

If a community holds the W3 Lifestyle designation they have proven to be the Best of The Best and committed to superior service, superior product quality, superior living environments and the overall best place you could possibly live
.  Much like other designations such as "Good Housekeeping," "Energy Star," etc., the W3 Lifestyle designation is one of top quality.

Obtaining the W3 Lifestyle designation is not something that can be bought. Only communities that have been invited can brag about being a W3 Lifestyle community.

So who are we? Our company was founded by someone that came from the Property Management industry. Frustrated with the fact that there was no good place for apartment renters to go to in order to find the best apartment communities - the W3 Lifestyle concept was born. Our team is comprised of creative individuals who are always looking for new resident programs to enhance their lifestyles.

What does it mean to be a W3 Lifestyle community? It means not only having a physical amenity package, but also having a lifestyle amenity package. We support our communities by offering customized monthly Newsletters to our W3 Lifestyle communities as well as consistent Community Events. We also provide a full package of other programs such as our Resident Appreciation program, the customized Community Social Networks, our Resident Touch program, and so much more.

So here is a question - with the above programs and services being offered to our W3 Lifestyle communities free of charge - why would any community NOT be a W3 Lifestyle community?  They either were not invited, or were invited but did not want to commit to our standards. That said, where would you want to live? If it is not a W3 Lifestyle community, it simply isn't worth living at!

David worked for many years in the Property Management industry beginning his career as a Leasing Consultant and leaving the industry as a Regional Manager. It is his out-of-the-box ideas that have brought him success not only when he was in the industry, but also with the creation and growing of W3 Lifestyle.

Todd Sherman - VP, Business Development

Todd has a background in the Technology industry and his Client Relations experience goes a long way in this position. He is always on the lookout for new ways to create win/win relationships with companies that are looking to partner with W3 Lifestyle while offering even greater value to residents at W3 Lifestyle communities.

Mark McClure - VP, Finance

Mark's background has primarily been corporate with nearly 10 years at BellSouth as the leader in the Business Internet sector. He has worked with David for many years on a variety of projects and now serves as one of the corporate leaders for W3 Lifestyle.

Community Newsletter (Minizine)

Every month communities will publish a customized community newsletter that is full of useful information regarding their communities specifically as well as general area information. The typical size of their publication is 32 pages as well as it is a full color publication.


Community Events

Each W3 Lifestyle Community is committed to offering their residents consistent community events that are full of energy and designed to appeal to all lifestyles. Nearly every event will have food and beverages served and an atmosphere perfect for neighbors to get to know each other better.


Superior Resident Services

Along with the two above services every W3 Lifestyle community has committed to provide a superior level of customer service as well as product quality. No "hoping" the leasing office cares about the residents. No "guessing" that it looks nice, so it must be nice. As a W3 Lifestyle community their designation is given based on their commitment and is retained through their actions and feedback from residents. Being a W3 Lifestyle community is a privilege that can only be kept through superior service offerings.
