School is back!!!  To many people this is a huge sigh of relief; here at Sequoia Bluffs we are welcoming it with a huge back-to-school Brunch!  We will have everything you can think of…Pancakes, eggs, ham, biscuits, and more.  So get your family ready, and for those without kids, come get free food… all are welcome.  Flyers will be going out in September reminding everyone about this as well.   

The temperature outside has not let up and we just want to remind everyone of some tricks that can save you money and help keep this property working at its best.  Please call us when you want a new filter for your A/C and we will come change it for you.  Remember to turn off lights when you leave for work along with turning your A/C off as well.  With the temperatures not dropping at night, a great idea is to purchase a tower fan, which can be gotten at Bed Bath & Beyond for about $40. Have that blow on you while you sleep this way you don’t have to have the A/C down so low during the evenings.
