homes...$500k and up. The bottom line is that all homes are marketed the
same. There isn't a big change in how homes are presented until you get
up into the million dollar homes. Those homes typically need a bit more
flare in their marketing presentations and even in those cases we not
only compare in services but in many cases we exceed.
Our service type is not just for low and mid range priced homes. We
actually end up saving high end homeowners much more money while
providing the same level services as your traditional brokerages.
Plus, don't forget that we offer 2 Listing packages to chose from...a
Flat Fee and a Commission Based. Because of our volume based business
model we actually have a better buying power when it comes to marketing,
as well as we are typically more in touch with current technology in order
to offer a higher level of exposure.
The bottom line is, never think your home is too good for our service
package - because ultimately you will have simply thrown away tens of
thousands of dollars for what in many cases...the exact same service
level...if not less than.
