Anyone who has worked in real estate (and been successful) knows that you will only be as good as the reputation you build. It is this reputation that will bring you referrals which is the key to your business.

Our agents have the opportunity to charge their own fee schedule whether it be commission based or within our Flat Fee Program. We allow our agents to run their business fairly independently with little interference or interruption from us. As long as certain standards are followed when it comes to professional standards as well as marketing standards then we empower our agents to be as creative and out-of-the-box thinking as possible.

Primarily our agents are more Buyer Agent oriented as most of our listings do fall under the Flat Fee Program. That said, we offer a very competitive commission structure for our agents and make it as profitable as possible for our valued agents.


Our Valued Agent Programs are as follows:


Platinum Level Agent:
 The Entrepreneur & Team Plan


$500 to $800 per month Agency Fee (Limited to 12 Agents in the Firm - Rate depends on office selection)

This unique plan provides the agent with a Furnished Office and Desk Phone.  Office is shared with 1 other agent with 2 desks with an assigned phone on both desks.  However, it can be arranged for an agent to have a Private Office or Shared Office with an Assistant.  Please inquire for details.

Commission Based Transactions:  100% Commission

Flat Fee Listing Program:  Tier program per listing based on volume


Platinum Level Transaction Fee's:

NO Transaction Fee's for Platinum Level Agent

Teams - Each Team Member will have a $25 per month Agency Fee and all transactions must be in the name of the Primary Agent with Team Agent listed as the Co-Agent, then all other terms of the Platinum Level split and Transaction Fee will be applicable.

Gold Level Agent:  The Agent Flexiblility Plan


$25 per month Agency Fee

Commission Based Transactions:  100% Commission

Flat Fee Listing Program:  Tier program per listing based on volume

Gold Level Transaction Fee's:

Commission Based Listings:  $250
*Charge this fee in addition to commission to cover this and then you are absolutely 100% commission

Buyers Agent Clients - First Team referred to you - $450

Buyers Agent Clients - Your Own - $250

Silver Level Agent:  The Part Time Agent Plan

$0 per month Agency Fee

70% commission for first 3 transactions of the year, and 80% thereafter until December 31st of that year.

First Team Referred Clients would reflect a 10% deduction in Agent Split

Silver Level Transaction Fee's:

NO Transaction Fee's for Silver Level Agent
